About Stephen
As an immigration attorney and public defender, Stephen has dedicated his career to protecting people’s rights, holding government accountable, and standing up for working families. He’ll bring that same commitment to Beacon Hill—fighting for the First Essex District, not the political establishment.
As Chair of the Salisbury Warrant Advisory Committee and a member of the Salisbury Harbor Commission, Stephen champions transparency, protects taxpayer dollars, and works to preserve our coastline and local communities.
